Partners United toolkit contains Freedom of Information (FOI), Whistleblowing, Election Whistleblowing, find my polling unit, and track my application forms. These forms were developed by experts to help users navigate seeking accountability in governance
The FOI (Freedom of Information) form is designed to facilitate access to information and promote transparency. Users can request information directly from government MDAs.
The Whistleblowing Form is designed to provide a secure and anonymous portal for users to report instances of corruption, misconduct, or unethical practices.
To submit a form, navigate to “toolkit” on the menu bar, click on a preferred form, follow the prompts, and click ‘submit.’
