The heights of nonchalance the teachers exhibit in teaching children is quite disheartening, you can imagine that students will be outside playing while teachers will be in the classroom either sleeping or chatting. The school where I teach is a case study, students go out of schools during school hours and these teachers who have been paid do nothing about it. This deserves accountability.
