If you're spending that kind of amount on security, I should be able to leave my phones unlocked while walking around in a suit sewn from money without having to fear been robbed. I should be able to commute by road without fear of been kidnapped. Insurgency should be a myth. But we can only dream of these good - for now. However, the powers that be, just as Gabriel Okeowo, who runs BudgIT stated, have to audit all of these.
